Langston Hughes Football

Objective: To design a vibrant and impactful set of graphics for the Langston Hughes Panthers high school football team that embodies school spirit, enhances team identity, and energizes the community and supporters.

Scope of Work:

1. Concept Development:
   • Develop a creative direction that highlights the team’s fierce competitiveness and school pride, while reflecting the unique character of the Panthers.
2. Graphic Design Creation:
   • Design a comprehensive suite of graphics including posters & social media assets.
   • Ensure that each graphic element is cohesive and resonates with the team’s identity, using the team’s colors and logos as key design elements.
3. Design Elements:
   • Photography: Create high quality photographs of players both in game and in studio environments to have assets for graphics.
   • Event Promotions: Design engaging banners, posters, and digital assets for game days, rallies, and community events to maximize visibility and fan engagement.
   • Social Media Assets: Craft eye-catching graphics for social media platforms to enhance online presence and connect with the school community.
4. Revisions and Finalization:
   • Present initial designs to the team and school representatives for feedback, making adjustments to ensure the graphics meet their expectations and needs.
   • Finalize designs with attention to detail and clarity, ensuring that all graphics are ready for production and digital use.
5. Delivery and Implementation:
   • Provide all finalized graphic files & photos in various formats suitable for both print and digital use.
   • Offer guidance on the implementation of the graphics across different platforms and materials.

Deliverables:

• Event promotion materials including banners and posters.
• Social media graphics and digital assets.
• High-resolution files and usage guidelines.
• Weekly photo galleries from each game.

Outcome: The finished graphics will significantly enhance the Langston Hughes Panthers’ visual identity, fostering a strong sense of pride and unity among players, students, and the community. Our designs helped to build a strong digital presence and create a brand that was consistently imitated.
